The Out- patient department is conveniently situated at the main Hospital entrance. Access to this main entrance is designed to accommodate critical patients who may be from an evacuation site brought in by an ambulance, from home or from other health facilities. Qualified nurses are at hand to receive all patients and to assess for the critically ill patients twenty four hours a day. Emergencies are prioritized and clients are treated on a first come first served basis. Patients can either walk or be wheeled in, to easily access other crucial facilities at the hospital.
The hospital has 24 hour coverage by a qualified doctor and clinician. To reduce on waiting time, the department has 4 sitting clinicians all through the day.
Basic client comforts such as drinking water, piped music and TV have been installed. The department can comfortably accommodate more than thirty persons.

The hospital has embraced technology by using the Alliance Management System (AMS) in all its departments. The AMS increases patient records confidentiality, saves on space, links us to external professionals and eases access to patient data.
