About the Outspan Hospital Embu Branch:
As part of our strategic plan to roll out quality and affordable personalised health solutions to our country, our board of directors chose to have our newest branch opened in Embu town. Our launch was officiated by Embu County's first governor, Hon. Martin Wambora on March 2016. We have undergone all the necessary registration and accreditation by the Embu County Government and all other respective professional bodies.

Outspan Fitness Center
The Outspan Fitness Center has been opened in Embu. This is another development in our efforts towards providing affordable quality services to you.
The fitness center is as a result of intense research which established that more than 50% of our clients would regain their health without a drop of medicine but with constant prescribed physical exercises, Diet plans and counseling sessions.
Our aim is to provide you with a program of diet and exercise that suits your lifestyle and will help you achieve the results you desire and create lasting healthy habits for life. We have staff that are highly trained and experienced in nutritional medicine, Exercise Science, Sports Management, Exercise Physiology and Sports Science.
Our Exercise Physiologist is a trained specialist who can evaluate research and advice on coaching, training, and recovery practices in all areas of exercise and rehabilitation. We work one-on-one in establishing the best training program for you. Our skilled trainers are qualified in extensive areas of Health and Fitness. In addition you can consult our clinical counsellor, Nutrionist / Dietician and a physiotherapist all of whom have been positioned there to advise, instruct and walk with you to the best of your health.
