Submission Process

  1. Complete the Protocol Submission Form
  2. Attach the following documents:
  • Full research proposal
  • Informed consent form
  • Participant information sheet
  • Data collection tools (questionnaires etc)
  • Investigator CVs
  • Proof of research ethics training (GCP certificate) *
  • Institutional approval letter (if external researcher)
  1. Submit documents via:

  • Or hard copy to: OHSERC office, MRI block 3rd Floor.
  1. You will receive feedback within 4–6 weeks
